Wonderland sees itself as an open, evolving network rooted in collaboration, exchange, and shared learning. Originating as a bottom-up initiative connecting young architects across Europe, Wonderland has grown into a platform that fosters dialogue and experimentation across disciplines. We operate as a dual structure: a core network of ‘active teams’ driving current projects, and a broader, more fluid network of contributors, partners, and peers who engage through events, calls, and shared formats.
While our roots are in urbanism and architecture, our focus has expanded to include wider themes such as sustainability, social inclusion, participatory processes, and community engagement. Wonderland develops and implements a range of formats—including workshops, urban labs, film screenings, social programming and participatory practices —designed to facilitate interdisciplinary exchange and support meaningful collaboration with a focus on bottom-up initiatives and civic engagement.
Feel free to browse the various projects and formats we’re currently working on by clicking on the cards below.
