More about Robert Körner

Robert Körner is trained in architecture and carpentry, with a background in spatial research, collaborative design, and project management. He studied architecture in Vienna, Bucharest, and Bandung (Indonesia) and continues to expand his practice as an ongoing urbanist. His work explores integrative approaches to urban space, with a focus on youth-led transformation, spatial justice and informal spatial strategies. He has coordinated and contributed to European research and participation projects such as SPACE and Spatial Justice, focusing on public space, social equity, and co-creation with young people. Robert brings experience from working with architectural and urbanism offices in Vienna and Paris, as well as hands-on practice in design-build projects and independent urban research. As a project manager for Wonderland platform for European architecture, he develops participatory tools and contributes to knowledge exchange formats.
