Workshop: creating a roadmap to activate Lezha’s vacancy

Due to pandemic and the travel restrictictions, the project implementation was a lengthy process. In mutliple workshops and meetings a roadmap could be created for Lezha. The goal of the roadmap is thinking the process of the establishment of a vacancy agency a la model of the “kreative Räume” in Vienna ahead. While identifying stakeholder and their relationships to the municipality. We recorded some parts of the workshops, to inspire and support your process on the way.
