Agenda: The training course will also involve youth workers and leaders who participated in the first training, with the aim of putting the green skills developed in the first week of training into practice by creating their own business plans in their own local communities. The trainers will share best practices and case studies with the young people to provide them with practical solutions and knowledge on how to start their own business and compete in the labour market. In addition, the young people will study environmentally friendly, diversified products through study visits to increase effectiveness

Moreover, during the Training the participant will have also other benefits regarding personal development: self-confidence, self awareness, skills, creativity, team work, communication (improving foreign language skills, body language etc.). Non Formal Education methods comprising – Ice–Breakers, Team Building activities, Roundtables, Simulations, Workshops, Case–Studies, Team–work – aimed at producing a specific section of the “Empowering Youth through Agro– Entrepreneurship” Manual. The manual will contain business models in organic agriculture and case studies realized by the participants.
