The Future Energy Communities event took place at the Borlänge Campus. It consisted of three parts, starting with an introduction to the concepts of energy communities and Positive Energy Districts, followed by a presentation from the local Gräns Energi Project. The audience then participated in a workshop designed by Wonderland. Bahanur Nasya (Wonderland) guided participants through a participatory exhibition aimed at strengthening knowledge across different stakeholders and gaining new perspectives on how to inclusively address the energy transition.

The final part of the event was an immersive virtual reality workshop that explored the potential future of energy communities, providing space not only to imagine sustainable energy solutions but also to consider how one could participate in and co-create these processes.
