About Us

Wonderland considers itself to be an open network, where information and know-how is shared and built upon for practical use.

We see ourselves as an amalgamation of both a core network, defined by the ‘active teams,’ and a larger, loose network in which exchange takes place.  Wonderland was initially established as a bottom up project connecting young architects.

The European network consists of teams and partners from most European countries. The specific aim of the Non-Profit Organisation is the enabling of transnational collaborative projects and working beyond existing professional and cultural borders.

Wonderland is a platform of exchange for upcoming architects, urbanists, designers, photographers, filmmakers, researchers and many more across Europe, who deal with space and its distribution and design.

The association has projects it’s developed as part of its network, as well as various Erasmus and EU projects it’s actively engaged in, where it shares it’s know-how and trans-disciplinary approach to help projects with issues such as participation, community involvement, storytelling and engagement through various formats, publications and films.

The members of the association also initiate researches. The results are shared with the public through publications, exhibitions, symposia and similar. The organization also provides support or participates in transnational collaborations, as well as promotes the activities of wonderland teams through digital media, exhibitions and on-site collaborations.
