As part of the POSEIDON project, a stakeholder workshop was held to foster dialogue and collaboration around Positive Energy Districts (PEDs) in Umeå. The event brought together a diverse group of participants, including researchers, municipal representatives, personnel from Umeå Energi, members of a cooperative housing association, students, and academics.

Together, they explored regional challenges and opportunities related to energy transition, co-creation, and sustainable urban development.

    How to create a permanent support for co-creation process for decarbonization and energy transformation of our society

This workshop served as a meaningful step toward strengthening local collaboration and advancing energy transition efforts in Umeå and the wider POSEIDON network.
