Moka Sheung Yan is an interdisciplinary artist with a background in fine arts, sculpture, and visual storytelling. She studied at the London College of Arts and the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Centering on themes of identity, transformation, and social perception, her artistic research investigates questions of social visibility, vulnerability, and the fragmented self—probing how cultural norms and societal structures shape personal and collective identity. Moka brings experience from cross-disciplinary collaborations and continues to explore the body as a layered site of psychological and social negotiation. Her work invites reflection on transformation, intimacy, and the tension between personal narrative and collective imagination. She has contributed to several Wonderland projects as a video editor and visual communicator, employing socially responsive design strategies to foster dialogue, improve accessibility, and bridge the gap between artistic practice and public engagement.
